The Smart Traveler App from the US State Department provides real-time information on health and security risks in every country any place across the world. You can also register with the US embassy and tell them where you'll be and when you'll be there so that they can notify you if is he or she goes missing in a country while you're there.

ICE 

You can write "ICE" next to your emergency contact information and its full form is In Case of Emergency. This ICE contact app is free, and an ambulance worker or other emergency workers will be able to call a relative or friend who is aware of your medical difficulties and conditions even if your phone is locked or password protected.
